Welcome to DeckTradr! By accessing and using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
By using DeckTradr, you agree to these Terms of Service and any modifications we may make from time to time. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.
You agree to use DeckTradr only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website.
TradrHub's Card Shops feature displays DeckTradr-reviewed directory entries on an OpenStreetMap/CARTO map and may link to an external Google Maps directions page. Community submissions are not published until reviewed, but map and business information may still change. Verify hours, location, and meetup details directly with the business before relying on them. Your use of an external directions provider is governed by that provider's terms.
When submitting a missing shop, provide business information you reasonably believe is accurate and do not include private personal information in reviewer notes. DeckTradr may verify, normalize, edit, reject, merge, unpublish, or remove a directory entry at any time. Submission does not guarantee publication or endorsement.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
DeckTradr is not intended for children under 13 years of age. By creating an account or using DeckTradr, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data by contacting us at support@decktradr.com. We will process your request within 45 days. Upon deletion, you will lose access to your collection data, order history, and any remaining store credit.
We reserve the right to ban or remove your account from the platform at any time if we determine that you are engaging in fraudulent activities or chargebacks. We will pursue legal action if necessary to protect our interests and the integrity of our platform.
The Service, including its design, features, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by DeckTradr and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of your collection data, card information, and any other content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant DeckTradr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You may export your collection data at any time using the export feature available in the app. We support export in CSV format. If you need your data in a different format or need assistance, contact us at support@decktradr.com.
If you connect Shopify or another supported commerce platform, you authorize DeckTradr to access and update only the catalog, inventory, location, order, refund, and related records required by the features and inventory sources you enable. You are responsible for selecting the correct store, inventory owner, locations, source binders, pricing policy, publication state, and quantity-authority mode before enabling synchronization.
Synchronization starts disabled and can be paused or disconnected. A connected-platform outage, revoked permission, stale billing state, or safety check may temporarily suspend synchronization while preserving queued work for retry or review. You remain responsible for reviewing platform inventory and physically pulling products after an online sale.
Charges for a public Shopify app plan are approved and processed by Shopify under the plan presented in Shopify Admin. That Shopify plan provides access to the standalone public integration. DeckTradr Pro and Card Shop subscriptions are separate products for other DeckTradr features and managed commerce workspaces.
In the event of any disputes arising from your use of DeckTradr, you agree that any such dispute shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Maricopa County, Arizona. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
DeckTradr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
In no event shall DeckTradr, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website. We are not responsible for any loss or theft of products during shipment or if your product is lost, nor are we responsible for any transactions or communications that occur outside of our website.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DeckTradr's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to DeckTradr during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00 USD).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DeckTradr, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) any content you submit through the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of DeckTradr following any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
