1. Sales of Pokémon TCG Products

All sales of Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products are final. Due to the high risk of fraud and to maintain product integrity, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any Pokémon TCG products.

We are committed to ensuring the authenticity and quality of our products. Accepting returns or exchanges could compromise the trust and confidence that our customers place in us. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

2. Membership Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation, all membership benefits, including access to exclusive content, discounts, and services, will end immediately.

Please note that we do not offer prorated refunds for memberships. By purchasing a membership, you agree to this refund policy.

3. Exceptions

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
