DeckTradr Pro event reporting

Track card-show transactions, expenses, and realized profit

Keep a show’s completed buys, sells, trades, and event expenses together, then review realized sale and trade-out profit using the original costs you recorded for outgoing inventory.

Event reporting is part of the signed-in Pro vendor beta. It is an operational view of recorded transactions and expenses, not accounting, tax, or appraisal advice.

Show-level reporting loop

Connect the activity at the table to one event result

DeckTradr keeps event reporting grounded in completed operating records. Inventory received at a show remains inventory; it is not counted as an unrealized gain in the event’s realized profit.

  1. 01

    Create or choose the event

Use an event record for the show and connect completed buy, sell, or trade transactions to that event.

  2. 02

    Record show expenses

Keep active event costs such as table fees, travel, hotel, food, supplies, inventory, or another labeled expense with the same show.

  3. 03

    Review the realized result

Compare event revenue, recorded cost of outgoing inventory, purchases shown separately, expenses, and net realized profit in the event detail.

Plain answers

Card show profit tracker questions

How does DeckTradr calculate card-show net profit?

Event net profit is realized profit from completed sales and trade-outs minus active event expenses. Realized profit uses each outgoing item’s agreed value and recorded original cost.

Do cards bought or received at the show reduce event net profit immediately?

No. Inventory acquired through a buy or trade-in is shown separately as inventory purchased or received. Its result is recognized when that inventory is later sold or traded out, which avoids counting the same value twice.

What happens when an outgoing item has no recorded cost?

An outgoing line with a missing cost contributes no known-cost profit. An explicit zero cost remains a known cost, which is different from leaving the cost blank.

Are voided transactions or deleted expenses included?

No. Voided transactions and deleted event expenses are excluded from the event financial rollup.

Is the card show profit tracker accounting or tax software?

No. It is an operational report based on the transactions, original costs, and event expenses recorded in DeckTradr. It does not guarantee accounting, tax, cash-basis, accrual, appraisal, or payment-settlement treatment.

Which plan includes event profit tracking?

The personal web Vendor POS and event workspace requires DeckTradr Pro. Eligible team access can also depend on the current workspace and assigned permissions.
