DeckTradr Pro beta vendor workflow
Run card-show buys, sells, trades, expenses, and profit in one workflow
Use the Pro web workspace to record in-person card transactions, connect them to a show, organize the inventory they move, log event expenses, and review realized profit for that event.
Vendor POS is a signed-in Pro beta workflow. If you open the private workspace while signed out, DeckTradr sends you to sign in and returns you to the same route; Pro or eligible team access is still required.
Illustrative amounts. Profit uses recorded transaction costs and event expenses.

Plain answers
Card show POS questions
Which plan includes the DeckTradr card show POS?
The personal Vendor POS workspace requires DeckTradr Pro. Eligible team members can also receive vendor-workspace access through their team, subject to assigned permissions. The workflow is currently described as beta.
Can I record buys, sells, and trades at a card show?
Yes. The current vendor workflow records buy, sell, and trade transactions and connects supported inventory movement to those completed records.
How does DeckTradr calculate event profit?
Reported event net profit uses realized sale and trade-out profit from agreed values and recorded original costs, then subtracts active event expenses. Outgoing items with missing cost do not contribute known-cost profit.
Does DeckTradr process card payments through this POS?
No integrated card-payment processing is claimed on this page. DeckTradr records the transaction and supported operating details; payment is settled through the vendor’s chosen external method.
Does the card show POS synchronize every marketplace in real time?
No. Marketplace listing and synchronization capabilities vary by provider and are separate from the in-person POS workflow.
Is every web POS feature available on iOS and Android?
No cross-platform parity claim is made. This page describes the current Pro web beta, while native vendor features have separate implementation and release gates.
